Our facilities are also available for culinary projects that are non-research related, such as ideation, emersion exercises, recipe/formulation development, culinary training and food photography. We also have a dedicated kitchen manager on staff to assist you with setup, prep, execution/throughput and teardown.

The Compass Marketing Research facilities include a spacious domestic-style kitchen for your projects that do not require a commercial kitchen, such as heat and serve or pour and serve projects.

We are happy to simply field your food and beverage study or support you with complete services including design, protocol development, multi-market fielding, data management, tabbing, coding and analysis. You can select the level of service you need and rest assured that you have a team of experts to support you.

Trained and experienced culinary staff is available to support your project, whether you need us to provide Chefs or Food Scientists to lead your project or skilled line cooks to augment your team. As much or as little culinary support as needed is available.
